Curriculum Design: Design world language curriculum around relevant themes using ACTFL resources. (Multiple workshops will enable participants to explore multiple ACTFL resources.)
Instruction: Explore innovative instructional practices that promote proficiency-based learning in all 3 modes of communication with a focus on language developmental criteria.
Other Possible Topics: Use of the target language, the power of questions, assets-based approaches, differentiation, learner-centered empowerment, transparency, authentic texts, curricular resource selection, and more.
